5. Payments & Subscriptions

Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated or required by applicable law. We may change pricing with at least 30 days' notice to your registered email address.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and software associated with the Service are the property of FreeSimulators or its licensors. These Terms do not grant you any right, title, or interest in the Service beyond the limited license to use it.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at our discretion if you violate these Terms. You may cancel your account at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties
